By using the services provided by Iron Gate Media ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.
Iron Gate Media provides website design, hosting, and digital marketing services for local businesses. Service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in the service agreement provided to each client prior to purchase.
A one-time setup fee is due at the time of service initiation. Monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting us in writing. No refunds are issued for partial months.
By providing your phone number or verbally consenting during a phone call with Iron Gate Media, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding our services, including website previews and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Upon full payment, clients own the content and design of their website. Iron Gate Media retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
Iron Gate Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
